Last year I was introduced to the pork chop biscuit at Hardee's. "Get it without the gravy" I was informed. I still remember that buttery soft biscuit with the perfectly grilled piece of heavenly pork resting between the two halves. We all would take turns stopping on occasion. We eventually stopped though (after deciding that we could stand to use a few pounds). I was told recently that they no longer have the pork chop biscuit, sigh.....great things never last.
