Have been dragging myself into work all week, despite feeling like @*^p. A bit of 'fresh' London air at lunchtime cleared my head for a bit - I'm sure the office air conditioning is not doing my throat any favours at the moment as by the end of each afternoon it's a burning lump and I can't swallow.
