Our first trip "down under" was in November 2001, when we visited Melbourne, Hamilton Island, Sydney, Alice Springs, Ayers Rock (Uluru) and Perth. We also travelled out and back via Singapore.
For our second visit in April / May 2004, we decided we wanted to see more of the outback country, so we joined an overland trip from Darwin in the Northern Territory, to Broome in Western Australia. A journey of about 1,000 miles through some of the wildest and most remote areas in Australia.
