South American Cruise - March 2014

We began travel for our South American cruise on February 24 when we flew to Miami.
That was two days earlier than planned, but we wanted to avoid another snow storm.
It was rough staying at the Lowes Hotel on South Beach while it was snowing in Maryland.
We flew to Buenos Aires on February 27, where we stayed two days before the cruise.
The Golden Princess departed Buenos Aires on March 1.
Over the course of 31 days we visited 15 ports ranging from big cities to isolated towns, with climates ranging
from arid and tropical to a “subpolar oceanic climate.”
We were at sea for 15 days with weather again ranging from tropical to gale conditions.
We enjoyed the Golden Princess and thought that its crew was among the most accommodating and friendly we have been with.
We met some great people, and thoroughly enjoyed the cruise.

Larry and Maggie, What a wonderful experience. Just love the photos Larry and couldn't resist posting the piano "play me I'm yours" on my FB. The only place we've been to is Cabos and your photos brought back fond memories of a reunion Rick and I enjoyed after his 6 month deployment unaccompanied to Japan. Great shots! Take care, Loretta

absolutely stunning photos. I enjoyed viewing them so very much. I will now forward them to my aunt in Switzerland who shares your love and talent for photography. She will be visiting in August and I hope to have you meet each other then.
