Punta Arenas, Chile

Punta Arenas is a small city in a bay off of the Straits of Magellan in Chile.
When we were there it was pouring rain and we opted for a short drive around the city.
There were some interesting city squares and ornate buildings,
but it was raining too hard to get out of the car and take pictures.
