This is a combination of two pictures merge together into one by photoshop.
First picture low speed while the wheel was moving, the second pic taken while the wheel stop.

Hi Rodi, This is a great picture. It was a wonderful idea to play with a slower shutter spead in order to smear the action and give it a very dynamic feel. Michal
