Boat heads out onto the Ginganga River in Galle. We hired a village boatman near the Tamarind Hill Hotel where we stayed, who was a naval diver and day time tuk tuk taxi driver to take us on an early morning bird watching cruise.
Cruising along at your ease, we thoroughly enjoyed the water nature trail and its own brand of Sri Lankan wildlife. If you are a bird lover or avian photographer, you must give this a try.
