Oahu North Shore...Pipeline at its best

A mid-December 2011 visit to Oahu's North Shore brought epic conditions to the Banzai Pipeline, home of some of the best (and meanest) surfing waves in the world.
A week earlier, the Pipeline Masters event had enjoyed the best waves in years for the event, and a week later more epic conditions returned, with waves as good or better.
