Autumn spectacular in Yosemite Valley

A great show of fall color in October 2008 added to Yosemite Valley's outstanding beauty.
While the valley isn't known for its extravagant fall display, it was an unusually colorful season, and great weather to go with it.
The gallery is a mix of fall color and other photos from my late-October visit.
