Yikes! This picture, even more than tiny humans shooting out of curling monstrosities of waves, shows the scale of endless tons of water and the precarious spot the surfer is in. It makes my flesh crawl and my breath stop, the sight of all this liquid bunching up to "have its way" with this guy. Fantastic and scary perspective, commanding my respect, big time.

very nice! as a surfer it makes me gelous to see this,
but stil its great to know that people get to surf on waves like that,
here in israel we got smaller waves but there very fun.
nice picture... realy.

This one looks mean. In the "Perfect Storm" there were bouys that measured waves to 100'. Now THAT would be
something to see. Of course, no one lived who saw those waves!
