Namibia and South Africa

This is a gallery of a trip in September around parts of Namibia (Springtime) and the Durban area of South Africa (still winter!).

We travelled from Windhoek to Okonjima (Africat Foundation), from there onto Okaukuejo Rest Camp in Etosha, then via Palmwag and down the Skeleton Coast to Cape Cross and Swakopmund, continuining on via Walvis Bay and Solitaire into the Namib (Kulala Lodge).

The last few days were spent at Shaka's Rock (Lalaria Guest House), north of Durban from where we visited (Hluhluwe/)Umfolozi Game Park.

The pix occur came out in this gallery in the order they felt like, which is perhaps more interesting than having each set together (?) in the order that they were taken.

A wonderful gallery. You were able to get stunning shots from the 8080, not a typical camera for such a trip.
