Almost looks like a pen and ink drawing. The tones are really nice and I love the way it really adds a particular mood to the shot. Nice light, sir! You definately are the artist.

Interesting treatment Bob, it gives your image sparkle and the low lighting has caught the underside of the bridge well to give more depth.
