What is not a well-known fact apparently is continous loud banging noise also helps the boil down process. Who knew?
Yup, there is a lot of that but then that is not always a bad thing.
Now we're cookin'. You get the fire roarin' to the back and then transfer the cooler sap in front to the boiling in the back until you have reduced it down to glorious syrup.
