This competition included an evening gown and a swimsuit competition and was held June 2 at California's Demitrios in Mississauga (near Toronto). The winner goes to Vancouver, BC for the Canadian Finals if I recall correctly.

Lighting was really tough for me as I didn't have the kickass lenses of the fellow photogs beside me :( Basically, I was so desperate for focus, I was relying on other flashes firing to give me enough light for a focus lock.
