Madagascar is a country not really known (or only known for its poverty and recurring political crisis). Through these photographs, I will try to show another side of the "Red Island", a side that you will perhaps know and understand better then appreciate; And I hope that one day you come visit it. Because Madagascar is above all represented by warm and peaceful people, in addition to its authentic landscapes and unique biodiversity.

By these photographs, I also want to honor the Malagasy photographers from all around the World, including those who are well-known across borders. Thank you for sharing your vision of life, your experiences and especially your sense of "Fitiavan-Tanindrazana" (patriotism) through your lenses.
