WOW!!!

that was my first word that came out of my mouth when I saw the bread that you baked. As an amateur bread maker, I would like to ask you some quesitons that do not give me rest ever since I saw your photos.

1) Are these breads baked at home?
2) Did you add any dough conditioners or anything like that?
3) how did you get buns to be so PERFECT and PUFFY?
4) Can you please share your recipe?

my bread never rose that much. What is the technique?

Once again, baking bread is an art and the pictures are the proof of that. I am so impressed. WOW!!!

Thanks for the instructions and the pic of your hot dog buns - they are beautiful. I too have the KA pan but can't get my buns to look like that - will keep trying!
