On March 17, St. Patrick's Day, an anti-war rally was held in downtown Austin, Texas. The Million Musician March Against the War is a unique event that brings together local and national musicians in a march and parade protesting the Iraqi War.
The protesters arrived on the grounds of the state capitol on a very cloudy and overcast day. The march started at the State Capitol and made it's way through the streets of downtown Austin to City Hall. An estimated 1,000 people participated in the event.
