The Severn and The Malvern Hills

Worcester, UK

Travelling home, I stopped on the Worcester Severn Bridge to capture the last light of the day. The only problem was the tripod was useless due to cars passing over the bridge constantly. This is where Canon's Image Stabilisation really comes into play. I managed to shoot this hand held ! Due to it being f5.6, I had to set the focal length carefully, to ensure everything was in focus.

24-105mm F4 L IS
f5.6, ISO 800, 1/13s full exif

other sizes: small medium large original auto

Who'd have thought that traffic would be thundering behind you for a scene like this? Lovely photo, and very skillful considering the conditions.
