Rich that is so cool. I have been there during the day and there isnt much going on. Neat to see what it is like during dusk. How was the odor down there by the tunnel!

The drive is one of the special roads I like to travel, especially during the Spring. I am glad you enjoyed the trip. Few people realize how important bats are to our ecology and crop production.

We visited the Old Tunnel site and were so impressed with the staff and helpers. I found the drive scenic and the site and crowd to be wonderful. I just love our " Bat" shirts that glow in the dark! KUDOS.
