As we approach fall, our attention turns to leaves, those tiny objects attached to trees that help clean the air we breathe. Given the right conditions, many of these leaves will turn different shades of red and orange, before they fall to the ground only to be raked, bundled up and burned at the stake. But during their life cycle they bring much need clean oxygen to the air and beauty to the eyes.
