The rains came down and the floods came up. Now considered to be worse overall than the flood of 1998, the flood of 2002 has certainly affected a broader area than in 1998. This is a small collection of photos I took of the major areas hit. Please note: I do not have a press badge and was not allowed to enter business or residential areas hit, so my photos do not show the widespread damage done to the more than 40,000 homes.
