Around 1945, my wife Janis' grandmother, Rose White, designed and hand-stitched a quilt as an engagement present for her daughter-in-law, Adell White (Janis' mother). Adell gave the quilt to Janis years ago and it's been hanging in a place of honor wherever she lived. We are so proud of the quilt and the extraordinary skills of Rose White, who made it.
