I've been very fortunate to be part of a group of photographers who meet regularly to do fashion shoots under the direction of master photographer Norm Cheung. These events usually involve about a dozen photographers, 15-20 models, 4-5 makeup artists and 5 studio set ups where the magic and fantasy take place.

The photo shoots have become forums where we exchange and share ideas on lighting, posing, equipment and workflow in a friendly atmosphere that brings out the best in everyone. Each session has helped me grow as a photographer as I strive to create images that are both creative and complement the talents of the models that we work with.
