I am a Pediatrician/Virologist/Neuroscientist/Photographer-not necessarily in that order. Many years ago I had to reluctantly put aside the photography part when I found that I did not have the time to spend the necessary hours in the dark room and still keep up with medical and scientific advances. The availability of digital cameras and imaging software has allowed me to re-explore the world of photography. I now use the a Canon 350XT for most of my shots. I like its portability, expecially when I use it with one of the available light-weight lenses. Comments and suggestions are welcome.
