It's a pity that these two teams have to meet at the quarter final stage.

Argentina came very strong at the group stage and was one of the favorites of the tournment.
Germany had some critcis at their defence in the first two mactehs but seemed to be improving on every match.

In such evenly strength match the host usually had some advantage.
It turned out to be the case, with some help from the defensive tactics adopted by Argentina,
and some luck in the penalty shoot-out...

Rather than being neutral spectators, this time I dressed in a German outfit,
singing 'Deutschland.... Deutschland'......"Berlin, Berlin, Finale Belin" along with the home fans.
