Yangjiajie abuts on Zhangjiajie in the east and Tianzi mountain in the north, covering 34 square km.
It is a relatively new tourist zone within the national park and hence its natural sceneries are reserved to the most.
It has uniquely-shaped peaks and cliffs as well as clear streams and brooks, the most sepctacular of which is "Tian Bo Mansion",
a small mountain pillar which has now been converted to a viewing platform.
