Pen pals for New York

We summoned kids from ages 8-12 to draw pictures and write notes to students in a class in New York. Tara, a teacher visiting her brother in Nicaragua, wanted to take some of Nicaragua back with her to New York. Her students will draw pictures and write to the children here and the letters will be read to the kids in the park at another gathering. Thank you Katie, Tara, and Adam for a great afternoon with the kids.
