White Trilliums were at their peak in Gatineau Park this past weekend. In some areas they literally carpeted the forest floor. There were also a few red/purple trilliums scattered about, but some of the earlier spring wildflowers - hepatica, bloodroot, squirrel corn, trout lilies, etc - were done for the year.
