Cup Nest (American Redstart?)

I found this nest lying on the ground. Most bird nests I find are a construction of woven sticks or grass wedged in a crook of a tree, but this small cup was a construction of grasses and birch bark hanging from the twigs, attached to the twigs by birch bark.

Beautiful little nest. It could be a redstart nest (?). Was there a lot of birch bark on the outside. It looks like it, but can't see for sure. Redstart nests usually have masses of the birch bark woven on the nest exterior.
