from my personal experience and also speaking for the rest of my relatives who stayed there for a few days.the pictures were very deceiving,the two casa we rented out were the most disgusting place we've ever seen.no water in the middle of taking a shower and also the water was not draining in the shower room.if it was,the water had to come out to the powder area.the pools were not clean,we asked if someone can come and clean them,the answer was no! we saw the owners,do you think they said hi to the guests? absolutely not!the rooms were not cleaned during our entire stay,we had to call housekeeping a few times to get towels.i will not recommend this place ever again.

i've been to playa last year and i can say that their accommodation is really good.. the foods were also great.. i'm planning to spend my next vacation there with my family..
