Old Vacant Theater, Racine WI - May 2006

I was able to see this vacant theater over the weekend (with permission)
I have posted 3 pages of interior pics here (about 68 in total). These turned out a little better than I had expected considering it was pitch dark in there and I only had 45 minutes to setup lights and take pictures. Next time I will be better prepared (more lighting) and I may venture further into the 2 story basement. This theater is kept locked up and not currently threatened by demolition.

Looks like the Coronado in Rockford, IL.....which I acted as owner's representative for renovation in 1999-2000. If you wish to see co to www.coronadotheatre.com choose coronado theatre at left and chose, history, renovation project or virtual tour.
Great venue now......come on down if there is a show you wish to see.
