Yoga Feet

Tuesday 15th March 2005 - Day 87

I was rather hoping to a ceasar special today, it being the Ides of March, but I'm all out of togas this year... ah well :)

Tuesday is my Yoga night... sharing a class with a group of women can be great fun... often at my expense! Somehow I am not quite so supple, but then I've only been doing this for about 18 months... the principal benefit I feel has been relaxation and stress reduction. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh........ :)

Its also about time I added more to my Feety pics. Mind you, these feet need a bit of fixing at the moment

Ok ... confession time!
The first feetish shot I ever took was sitting by the pool at the Banff Springs Hotel Spa ... it was totally relaxing ... soft music, some pampering, floating in heated salt water pool outside while it snowed! I wanted to remember that moment ... that feeling of total an complete "Aaaahhhhh"! So I photographed my stress-free feet and had that image as wallpaper on my office computer. It helped! So my theory is, a good feetish shot is almost as good as yoga or meditation any day!

I agree with Linda .. except it's better than yoga. Warm bubbling water, long soak and then a nicely scented massage ... all the while sitting in a massage chair. I am tingling just thinking about it. I love yoga .. but it doesn't make me .. tingle.

Oh...pedicure is very relaxing.. you sit in a massage chair..almost like yoga..

You need to take your feet for a walk down to the beauty salon for a wax and paintjob, then you'll fit right in with the girls next week! :D

Yoga does sound like a great idea. If only I didn't have to drive home through the spillway at night...

You are braver than I am! I posted a pic my camouflaged backside, but I don't think I will post a foot shot!
