Last Spring, Fred and I drove to Keremeos, BC hoping to find the apple orchards in full bloom. We were a couple weeks early for the apple blossoms, but the cherry trees were literally bursting with blooms. In and amongst a group of apple trees growing near a roadside fruit stand were these old cars and tractors--obviously put there to attract the summer tourists to the roadside stand. We spend quite awhile taking photos of the dilapidated old vehicles. Since the apple trees weren't too far along blossom-wise, we concentrated more on close-ups of the cars and planned to come back a couple weeks later when the tree blossoms were further along.
A small crop was made off the top then Feivel's Gothic Glow filter effect was applied. The headlight and surrounding area was selectively sharpened a little using USM.
