All images by Fred Schaad. This was my first CASCAR race at Sun Valley Speedway in Vernon on July 16th. CASCAR is the Canadian Association for Stock Car Racing.

Our telephoto zoom is pretty new and I am still learning to work with the long glass. Some of the images are not as good as they probably would be if my shooting locations were not limited to the spectator area. I promise to do better next time.

With the exception of the CASCAR - 10 image, all photos received minimal post-production enhancement, such as, cropping, curves adjustment and sharpening.
