Hello, My name is Russ Devan and I'm a freelance photographer based in southeastern Pennsylvania, outside of Philadelphia. My primary subjects of interest are portraits, glamour, and landscapes. All color prints are made to order and are professionally produced using Kodak Professional Endura papers. Black and white prints are produced using Ilford Professional Black & White Paper.
