On September 1st, 2004, I found two individual Russet-tipped Clubtails at Lock 15, York County, PA. This was the first recorded Pennsylvania sighting of this species in over one hundred years making this a Modern PA State Record. Documents filed and approved by The Nature Conservancy via photos.
