It's not a suspension trick at all, nor was it rotated. Look at her hair, how it flows up past her face as gravity pulls the heavier portions of her back to the ground.
This kind of thing can be obtained easily if the dancer can jump high enough, or barrel roll or something of the like.
Analyze the photo, and you can at least gain a clue of how it was done.

I am doing a shoot for a dance studio and the owner saw this and thinks she was suspended. Was this faked in any way?

Floating indeed! Richard, this is a fantastic shot of an amazing athlete! Please tell us how this one was done. Are there support lines holding her up or did she perform some sort of acrobatic move to put herself in this position. Either way it is an incredible image!
