This gallery of images were made at "Old Car City" in White, Georgia. This junkyard is a favorite of Fine Art photographers...and I can see why!
I brought three dancers with the goal of contrasting the delicate strength and beauty of the dancers with the hard forms and textures of these old classic cars.

Simply Amazing Mr. Richard!! I grew up playing in the fields and rows of Old Car City and you have captured my dad's collection extremely well. The ballerina's are so beautiful and talented. Absolutely wonderful! Some of the shots of the dancer in midair make you wonder how the she didn't injure herself when she landed. So, while I am appreciating her artistry, and yours, I am also experiencing a certain degree of apprehension or concern if that makes sense.

Fantastic. The dancers, the photography and the processing (which is superb)..but I think above all, the contrast of the dancers and the old cars. Very creative interpretation, and a very powerful one. Think this will stick in my head for a long time.
