Wat Roung Kun is a new Royal Temple being build as a project of His Royal Highness, The King of Thailand just outside of the ancient city of Chang Rai in Northern Thailand. It is now open to the public but as of 2009 it is still not yet finished, even so it is aleady a stunningly beautiful temple which I hope these pictures will show. Well worth a visit.
