4" curly maple spheres. (from left clockwise)
1)rough turned between centers while green then dried.
2)trued to round section between centers length then trimmed to equal the max diameter, curve turned from equator to tropics.
3)rechucked by pinching between cup centers ant turning off nubs and remaining wood. (then repeated once or twice on different axes until adequately round. This piece has yet to be sanded.
