Nice capture. I think it would also look great if you split out to RGB and just used the Red channel.

Shame to see the deterioration, but so many of these buildings remind us of our heritage and leave us wondering about the people who just walked away and the story behind the pioneering spirit...great composition and presentation...V

So many arrived on the boats in Melbourne with gold fever running through their veins. They walked toward my home town of Bendigo through here where golden wealth had been discovered. Some stayed in small towns along the way, Taradale with is beautiful rolling hills was one such place.

I wonder what it's history was...love it

Just a memory now of a former home. I like the chimney still standing and the lovely tree. V.

This spot has good potential, say at dusk.

There is much history in these old buildings. Nice capture of the old brick
chimney with deep blue sky and wispy clouds above.

always a moment of sadness when these houses go that must have taken so much effort to create; that sky gives a nice flourish to the scene

Gorgeous lighting Barbara! It's always a shame to see a building falling down; however, it makes a great photo! :) V
