In 2003, I fulfilled a childhood dream which was to make a long, cross country motorcycle road trip to see the beauty of our USA. Our trip started from Mississippi, then onto and through the following states: Louisiana, Texas, New Mexico to the 4 corners area of Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, & Arizona, down through Arizona(Route66, Grand Canyon), Nevada(Hoover Dam), Las Vegas, Reno, NV up through the Sierra Nevada Mountains into Lake Tahoe,CA, onto San Fansisco up the CA coastline on Route 1, into Oregan(Crater Lake), Washington State, onto Utah(Hell's Canyon), into Montana, Wyoming, S. Dakota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Lousiana, then home to Biloxi, Mississippi. On this trip were my Mom & Dad on their Suzuki, LC1500 and my wife & I on our Honda Goldwing with each of us pulling trailers full of living supplies. We were on the road for 6 weeks and traveled upwards of 8,000 miles with not a single drop of rain until returning to Louisiana!
