Caught this meet at MP 116 from behind Sheetz's parking lot.Was heading up RT 15 with camper in tow and caught the westbound-right side going away,coming off the Rockville bridge and knew i could beat him,and i did ,and boy was I suprised to see the Eastbound round the curve.
