Camshaft Work!

Here are some pictures from my camshaft swap (currently in progress). The initial reason I started this was because I suspected cam endplay (I heard it knocking!). Turns out two bolt holes on the thrust plate had broken off, one bolt was missing, and the only bolt left (the oil slinger bolt) was hanging on by a few threads and was badly bent. I found metal shavings on the inside of the fuel pump eccentric! Thats bad. The new cam will be milder to match my driving and drivetrain better. Here is a comparison of the new parts to the old:

   Power RPM range: 2800-6000
Stock Starter
Stock Rubber Motor Mounts (damaged)
Roller 1-keyway timing chain (damaged by excessive endplay)
Rubber radiator/heater hoses w/ stainless sleeves
