The tapered hole in the crank has opened a little, due to the nut loosening, the crank loosening on the spndle and being ridden like that. It becomes impossible to tighten the crank - I've fixed it for the time being by shimming the slop with small aluminium shims cut from a beer can. The plan is to find a good left SR crank.
