The racer is from the mid-90s and was owned by Tom Drago with modifications by Tom Cutter. As you can see from the photo, RK BMW, of Deptford, New Jersey was a sponsor. The modifications made by Tom included frame braces which are visible in the photo. He made them from mild steed tubing and welded on solid attachment points on the frame. According to Tom the bike was a real good handler.
