Headed by the Army Corps of Engineers, Task Force Hope is made up of federal employees from several departments and is working to restore the Gulf after the hurricanes. My husband is with the National Park Service and spent two months in the Waveland and Bay St. Louis areas of Mississippi. These photos were taken by numerous people in the area.
