As the day begins...

It's 29° F out, and the hummers were up, well before me, I'm sure. Luckily, at least two of the feeders were still liquid, and the other two, well, I'm not sure ....maybe hummers like popcicles. Got me. It's overcast with light snow. Fire danger is low ..8^), so I'll wait awhile before going out into it.

Yes, your lens is only as good as your best piece of glass....these are taken through, probably 50+ year old windows....whatever. They seem fine, but I really don't want to go out and stress the birds.....just going to keep it simple.
