Tough choice, they both are vibrant and have their own pros. This one benefits greatly from the diffused yellow iris (it looks like, anyway) in the background. The other one has a nice homogeneous background. This one is more about the flower as a whole, the other one is about the bits and pieces of this interesting flower itself.
Since they don't have any real negatives, I'm going to have to say that because I don't really like the leaf bottom-left on this shot, my vote is for the other one.
