After a tough climb of the Grand Teton, and another tough climb of Mt. Moran, all within 4 days, we were ready for something light. I had commented to Brad on our first day in the Tetons that it is a criminal act to hike into Hanging Canyon, and not go all the way to Lake of the Crags. But, we were just too exhausted at that time, so on Friday we heading back into Hanging Canyon with our goal being a leaisurely day spent at picturesque Lake of the Crags. Along the way I saw this patch of Showy Goldeneye.
